Your role in our company
Are you enthusiastic about digital topics, data and the dynamics of a start-up environment? Then SIMPL could be the right place for you! As a working student in Business Development at SIMPL, you will have the opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas during your studies. You will work closely with our founding team and help us shape the future of digital service solutions. Your tasks include:
- Preparing strategic decisions in market, customer and product development and convincing your colleagues of your ideas.
- Supporting Business Development with topics such as acquisition, sales processes, customer management and tooling.
- Participation in customer meetings, involvement in project management and development of data-based business models together with our experts
- Establishing internal company processes as well as maintaining and monitoring internal structures and knowledge management.
What you bring along
- An advanced degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
- Initial experience in business development, B2B marketing, consulting or in a start-up environment, e.g. through internships, part-time jobs or student projects.
- Enthusiasm for IT, data and new technologies.
- Reliability, strong analytical thinking, agility and strong communication skills.
- The motivation to take on responsibility at a young start-up and to work independently on exciting topics
