First conversation
We would like to get to know you in the first interview: who are you, what drives you and what do you want to achieve? You will gain an initial insight into SIMPL and our working methods and can ask us your questions.
The Challenge
In the second round, you will get to know your future team leader. During a technical deep dive, you can show what you’ve got and demonstrate your professional skills with a practical example. Your future line manager will also be available to answer any questions you may have – take advantage of this opportunity!
Founder interview
The last interview day is all about your personal and cultural fit. In the interview, your future colleagues will challenge you and question your values. In the founder interview, you will find out from our founders where we want to go with SIMPL. Take this opportunity to ask your questions and clarify any final ambiguities.
